Hello walkers
We are now in a position to make reservations for an HF group walking holiday in 2023.
We have a provisional booking at Monk Coniston in Conistonwater for 3 nights from 16.00 on Friday 15 September 2023 to 10.00 on Monday 18 September.
This provisional booking for our group will only be held until our group deposit payment is made in mid July.
Total cost is £419 per person, full board.
Non member fee is £30.
Non refundable deposit is £75 per person.
Premium room supplement is £60 per person for 3 nights- one single available + two x twin / double.
A group can only be allocated 70% of single rooms available. If additional single rooms are required, they will be charged at full brochure price (£489).
We have been offered 8 single rooms (1 premium available) and 7 twin / double rooms (2 are Premium rooms).
Rooms will be made up as twin rooms unless double is requested.
Room sizes and bathroom configurations will vary and some rooms may be in an annex rather than in the main house.
There will be guided walks on Saturday and Sunday, with a choice of up to 3 walk options available each day – Trip Notes attached.
To reserve a place:-
Email me to advise whether you would like a single / double / twin room and the name of the room occupants.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come basis, so don’t hesitate, particularly if you would like a single room.
Your room will only be secured for you when you have paid your nonrefundable deposit of £75 per person.
