Hello walkers
We are very pleased to say that Dave Thomas has volunteered to join our committee and to take over the role of diary coordinator from Chris Williams, who has left the committee after many years of service.
The draft walk diary for 2023 is attached and will also be available on our website.
As you will see there are still gaps looking for volunteer leaders. Please check your diary and volunteer to lead. If you feel uncertain about doing so, let us know as a committee member or more experienced leader will be happy to help out with route planning / recce walk.
There is helpful information to be found on ORC website under “How to plan a walk” and also “Walk Leaders’ Guide”.
If none of the dates suit, then feel free to offer an alternative as the empty spaces in the diary are not set in stone.
Most importantly, we have, as yet, no leaders for 27th February, 10th March & 25th March.
