Those who intend to walk from Oakley, we will leave from Oakley Junior School layby at 4.15 pm to arrive at The Fox in North Waltham for 6 – 6.30 pm.
If you do not intend to walk but would like to meet for the meal please let me know.
We have been asked to pre-order our food 4 days prior to 19th, that is 15th June latest. A menu is attached but note only the Pub Grub applies in the evening. Anyone who does not confirm their food order can rest assured there will not be a meal magically waiting for them.
We do not have to pay for the meal or pay a deposit beforehand, everyone can settle their own bill at the end.
Those who intend to walk back we will leave The Fox about 7.45 pm to arrive in Oakley just before sunset about 9.45 pm.
I would like an indication of interest please so I can confirm to The Fox the expected numbers on the night.
