The committee feels that in future it would be a good idea if people who are intending to go on a walk/social event should contact the walk leader/organsier before hand to let them know. This ensures that if the walk has to be cancelled or the details are changed they can be notified at the last minute.
Also it has come to my attention that some people may be replying to the emails that I send out. Please do not reply to these emails! If you need to contact the walk leader/organiser please use the email that is stated in the details provided on each email. Look at the oakley ramblers website if you have deleted the email.
