Christmas Meal

Dear Ramblers Club Members

I’ve booked a table for 12 at Amore in Overton for Friday 12th December at 7 pm.  I’m looking for a quick response to know how much interest there is for this event please.

I do not believe that you have to order a starter, main and dessert, hence the individual prices given for items.  Secondly, I will confirm that we are able to settle out individual bill at the end of the meal so that is not a given at this stage.  Thirdly, I do not know if we need to pay a deposit although the booking was confirmed without that being requested.

I do believe that we will need to pre-order, but once again I can establish that in good time.

My main concern at this stage is about the number of members who wish to attend.

Can you please respond as soon as possible.  I cannot offer a place if you do not let me know beforehand.

Many thanks to you all

Lynn Martin
