| Walk description / difficulty | The walk begins by going up the zigzag path and walking along the ridge of Selborne Hanger. Leaving the Hanger takes us back into Selborne and then off by the church to walk through fields, woodland and on 3 short sections of quiet country lanes around the village of Selborne. There is plenty of shade along the route should the temperature rise again. In places the paths are a bit uphill and then downhill which will be taken at an easy pace but you will be rewarded with excellent views of surrounding countryside. |
| Terrain | Quiet country lanes. The pathways in the wooded sections should be dry under foot but strewn with dead twigs and leaves and occasionally bumpy and over grown. You may like walking poles for some of the ascents/descents. Suitable for walking boots or shoes. |
